For all our adventurous clientswho want to explore (even more) the beautiful surrounding of the Empordà, Camping Aquarius offers them a handy tool for exploration. From this season on we lend out GPS’s (with a deposit of 50 EUR) with already preloaded biking and hiking tracks in the proximity of the campsite or further away, e.g. in the Pyrenees. |

We would like to use the opportunity here to bring to your attention the growing importance of the internet for our campsite. We invite all our customers to participate on Thursday, April 21st at 19:30 h. The bonfire will be at the petanque next to the Playcenter.
You can buy pizza bread for toasting on the fire and drinks for all ages, everything to a very reasonable price.
The canes to toast the bread have been cut and cleaned with care by our staff and are at your disposal, so no need to bring anything else than your eagerness to party!
The idea is that each guest leaves a book you've already read and take a different one in return.
A great system to be entertained throughout your holidays!

customer, this Christmas we had a gesture of solidarity, in keeping with the times: instead of giving a little gift to our

Please note that with those cards you can only book or stay on pitches of type “B” and “C” (see our map) which in this case can only be booked without “pitch guarantee”. This means we’ll confirm the reservation of the pitch type, but no specific pitch number.
If you want to stay on a certain desired pitch or you need a bigger type A pitch, then you need to book “with pitch guarantee” and pay the normal price.
With FORMULA CAMPER you’ll get 15% discount. With NKC and CCI you’ll get 10% discount. With these cards you may book any pitch type.

At the same time we have extended the Restaurant and made it accesible from the Arcade Hall. In this new part of the Restaurant we will now offer take-away meals, which are prepared in the likewise extended kitchen. In this manner a space was created, with a modern feel to it, which will be especially to the likings of the youth: Hamburger & Co. A new, additional furnace will help to expand the concept of Pizza to Go.
These reorganizations have the advantage that we can offer hamburgers, pizzas and takeaway meals throughout the whole season, as they are prepared in the Restauran kitchen. Another advantage is that we can integrate this "modern food" to the menu of the restaurant. But that's not all, last but not least, we now also offer a small menu in the Restaurant from 1 pm to 10:30 pm.
We invest in a broader and better service to satisfy all of our customers!

This is why we decided to drop the special fee for reservations with “pitch guarantee” to only 35.- € during low and super low season. The current fee of 75.- € will apply only to stays beginning in July or August.
Those customers who already paid their fee for reservations in 2010 and 2011, and who’s arrival date is neither in July nor in August, will get a refund of the difference on their bill.
We wish to remind you that booking without pitch guarantee is completely free of charge!

Last
year we had to dismantle the showers we had on the beach due the Natural
parc's modifications. Our efforts for the city council to replace them –
fthe law says they are the only ones allowed to place showers on the public
beach zone – were
useless last year and we aren't very hopeful this year either. |

The “cup” shown on the photo, symbolizing the extraordinary award, was presented during the „ADAC-Gala“, celebrated in Stuttgart (Germany) at the tourism trade fair (CMT) by the Tourism Department's President of the ADAC Dr. Max Stich and the chief editor of the ADAC Camping Guide Mr. Stefan Thurn.

I want to take this chance to express my gratitude in the name of the Rupp family and all the Aquarius staff to all our customers who passed their satisfaction with our campsite on to the ADAC (it probably is more common to take such initiatives to present a complaint…)
We think that the nice atmosphere on our campsite is not only due to our own efforts, but it's in a great part thanks to our guests themselves who create this comfortable holiday atmosphere, crucial for a great holiday.
